Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to Ameerang Enterprise Private Limited, operating under the brand BizVitals (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any assessment, report, subscription, or related service (“Services”), you expressly agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Strict No Refund and No Cancellation

All payments made to the Company are final, irrevocable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, except as expressly provided under this Policy or as required by applicable law.

No refund requests shall be entertained under any circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Non-usage or partial usage of the Services; 

• Dissatisfaction with the Services, outputs, or insights; 

• Failure to achieve expected or desired results; 

• Change of mind, business decisions, or personal preferences; 

• Delay, inability, or unwillingness to utilize the Services; 

• Misinterpretation or misunderstanding of the scope of Services.

2. Nature of Services

The Services provided by the Company are intangible, intellectual, analytical, and advisory in nature.

By their very nature:

• The Services cannot be returned, reversed, or undone once accessed or delivered; 

• Outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond the Company’s control, including user actions and market conditions; 

• The Company does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or operational results. 

Accordingly, all purchases are made at the user’s sole discretion and risk.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds shall be considered only under the following limited and specific circumstances:

(a) Duplicate Payment

Where a user has made multiple payments for the same Service due to a technical or processing error, the excess amount shall be refunded upon verification.

(b) Technical Failure Attributable to the Company

Where:

• Payment has been successfully processed; and 

• The Service has not been delivered or made accessible due to a verifiable technical failure solely attributable to the Company, 

the Company shall, at its sole discretion:

• Rectify the issue and provide access to the Service; or 

• Issue a refund.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall be construed as granting the user any automatic or implied right to a refund.

Except for the limited circumstances expressly stated herein or as mandated by applicable law:

• The Company shall have no obligation to issue refunds;

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute without first contacting the Company.

Any unjustified or fraudulent chargeback shall:

• Entitle the Company to initiate legal proceedings for recovery of amounts, including applicable costs and legal fees.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat.
