Our services are digital and assessment-based. Once a plan is purchased and access is provided, the service begins through question flow, business input collection, and report generation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same plan
  • Technical issue from our side that prevents access to the purchased plan
  • Payment captured but plan access not provided

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • If assessment questions have already been started or submitted
  • If a report has already been generated or delivered
  • If dissatisfaction is based on business outcome or interpretation of the report
  • If delay is caused by incomplete or incorrect responses provided by the user

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
